• "You", "your": the customer using our site or purchasing products.
• "Products": car care and detailing products sold on our website.
• "Contract": the legally binding agreement between us and you for the sale and purchase of Products.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract to purchase from us. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

All orders placed through our website are offers to buy Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that the Products have been dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud), we will contact you and issue a full refund of any amounts paid.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

We use reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the option to re-confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

• Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once we have received full payment.
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Re-delivery costs due to incorrect address details may be charged to you.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us via our Contact page before the 14-day period expires. You must return the Products to us within 14 days of notifying us, at your own cost, in unused and resaleable condition with original packaging.

We will refund the price of the Products and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned Products (or evidence that they have been sent back). Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a Product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on how long you have owned the Product.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving a faulty Product for a full refund. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Where applicable, Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims should be made through us in the first instance. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or use inconsistent with product instructions.

We take reasonable care to ensure Product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product packaging may vary from images shown.

All content on this website — including the GLK SHINE name and logo, text, graphics, images, photography, videos, product designs and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the Products under that order. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

If you are a consumer, these limitations do not affect your statutory rights.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control (including strikes, courier failures, supply chain disruption, cyber incidents or extreme weather).

These terms and any Contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK you may bring proceedings in that jurisdiction.
